Quality and certification
Quality and environmentally conscious thinking and acting is a matter of course for our group of companies. We consider it a basic prerequisite for successfully meeting the challenges of the international market together with our business partners. That is why ktc GmbH, ktc Handhabungstechnik GmbH and Staudenmaier Konstruktionen GmbH are all certified to international standards.
In order to meet the requirements of the market and new technologies, we are working on further certifications. We also define special requirements for individual products for our customers and implement the necessary criteria together.

How does ktc GmbH use ISO 9001:2015?
- Leadership and management commitment: ktc GmbH management must actively promote the implementation of ISO 9001 and ensure that the quality policy and objectives are defined, understood and supported by all employees.
- Documentation and process control: ISO 9001 requires clear documentation of all processes and procedures in the company. This includes quality management manuals, process instructions, work instructions and records that serve to ensure and monitor the quality of products and services.
- Customer orientation: A central principle of ISO 9001 is customer orientation. We need to understand our customers’ needs and expectations and ensure that their products and services meet or exceed these requirements.
- Process approach: ISO 9001 promotes a process-oriented approach to quality management. This means that we divide our activities into clearly defined processes that are controlled, monitored and continuously improved.
- Risk-based thinking: ISO 9001 requires us to identify and evaluate risks and opportunities that could affect the quality of your products and services. This enables us to take proactive measures to minimize risks and exploit opportunities.
- Continuous improvement: ISO 9001 places great emphasis on continuous improvement. We must constantly review our processes, products and services and take measures to improve the effectiveness of your quality management system.
