Our areas
With our modular approach, we design single-phase transformers, three-phase transformers and ignition transformers, all of which carry the coveted UL approval. Our many years of expertise, based on over 70 years of experience, enable us to develop these products with maximum variety and in record-breaking time, without compromising on quality. The successful delivery of more than 80,000 transformers per year underlines our leading position in the industry.
Thanks to our extensive manufacturing and design expertise, we are able to produce a significant proportion of our products in-house. This not only enables optimum control over the manufacturing process, but also opens up the possibility of offering our transformer manufacturing services to third parties. Quality, reliability and customer satisfaction are always at the heart of what we do.
Transformers
Our range consists of transformers, which are used e.g. for voltage conversion in technical devices and for the ignition of oil and gas burners. We focus mainly on customer-specific solutions.
Transformer power supplies
As experts in the field of transformers and current transformers as well as the associated peripheral devices, we have also developed transformer power supplies for our customers. In addition to standard power supply units, we also offer our customers special solutions.
CNC services
As a complete service provider for metal processing, assembly of assemblies and devices, we offer our customers a comprehensive range of services. This includes the development and construction of individual parts and assemblies.
The ktc Group has been owner-managed for more than 20 years and offers you a secure and reliable partner from Baden-Württemberg. The differentiation and specialization in the core areas of electricity supply incl. Transformers, contract manufacturing with CNC and assembly enable us to successfully utilize synergy effects.

To ensure the highest quality standards, we use a qualified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 at all our production sites. In addition, we use various CAD and CAM programs as well as tested measuring equipment to meet all standards and requirements and deliver first-class products to our customers.
